What Polybags are used for

Products that are sold as a set of more than one unit, as a bundle, or packaged with marketing inserts may need a polybag. A polybag is usually a clear plastic bag that can hold units of products together to signify that they are sold together as one product. Polybags are used when creating sets of products such as a set of three pairs of socks in which case three pairs of socks are placed inside a polybag, the bag is sealed and then labeled with the required FNSKU label, Do not suffocate label, and Do not separate label. The set is now viewed as one product at Amazon instead. Polybags are also used when creating bundles which are when multiple different products are sold together such as a cat toy, catnip, and a feeding bowl. Just as in the case of the set, the products are placed inside the polybag, sealed, labeled, and now viewed as one product at Amazon.

Once our warehouse team receives a polybagging request for your inventory, we pick and move the inventory to our fba prep area. At the prep area, our team will review the request and perform the requested polybagging to create a set or a bundle.
