Labeling for FBA

Amazon FBA has several compliance regulations that Amazon Sellers need to follow to be able to sell on the platform. One of these compliance rules is labeling products. All products that are sold on Amazon must have a unique identifying label called a Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit, also known as FNSKU. This label should be the only scannable label on your product when it arrives at Amazon FBA and all of your units must have one.

Labeling your products at River Source Logistics

Fba prep services at River Source Logistics are performed in our customized software and can be ordered on an inbound to RSL, on a service order on stored inventory, or on an outbound to FBA order.

Once our warehouse team receives the labeling request, your inventory can be picked up and moved to our fba prep area. At the prep area, our team prints the FNSKU labels for each unit and scan them before packing it again.

Sometimes inventory is already FNSKU labeled when it arrives in the USA and to ensure full compliance, our clients request a sample inspection where we select a few cases and look at a unit in each to see if the label is correct and visible. If the inspection shows discrepancies, we relabel and correct the units in that shipment.
