The Customer Service is responsible for leading the Customer Service team which owns the daily orders process, customer satisfaction, and the shipment process for a wide range of clients through direct contact and communication.

In this role you are expected to:

• Support, in partnership with the sales and customer relationship manager the vision and strategy of a robust end-to-end client success framework and experience.
• Lead many aspects of the Customer Service Team as we grow and scale the company, services, team, and systems to meet an ever-changing set of demands. This is a leadership role, not a management role.

The Quality Control member is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. the associate will be using an order picker to conduct cycle counts and use a computer to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity. 
• Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
